Hourly and Half Day rentals are available Monday - Thursday. The Vizcarra team at the Hedrick House is able to assist with all elements of your event, including rental pieces, meals, bar service, entertainment and decor. Friday - Sunday Events
Full and half day rentals are available for Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Let the award-winning staff from Vizcarra Hospitality & Catering create the perfect event for you. From the napkin on your lap, to lighting for the event, our staff will handle all the details for you. Friday- Sunday Events include the full Hedrick House and grounds.
Friday/Sunday Rentals
1/2 Day Rentals $1500 + tax.
Full Day Rentals $2500 + tax.
Rentals include tables, chairs, tablecloths-black-napkins, china glassware, and silverware.
Saturday Rentals
1/2 Day Rentals $2500 + tax.
Full Day Rentals $3500 + tax.
Rentals include tables, chairs, tablecloths-black-napkins, china glassware, and silverware,.
Non-profit Events start at $250 an hour.
Monday- Thursday $250 hour for three hour minimum.
1/2 Day Fri-Sun Rentals $1500 + tax.
Full Day Rentals $2500 + tax.
Rentals include chairs/tables.
